If you use Squeeze Page Templates, chances are that you are already approaching its limit to convert. Or you must have already noticed a significant dip in the number of converts.
This situation calls for some change in the way you look at these web pages. First a squeeze page is supposed to get the visitor to sign up or lead him to another page. Your list building takes a hit if it is unable to do this.
Before we examine why it is not able to convert, you should get the idea of an ideal squeeze page.
- It has a title that is catchy and questions the user about a problem that he is facing. This kind of a title works to build trust in the visitor. A visitor is always looking for something that demonstrates an understanding of his plight.
- If you show that you can understand his plight, then you have his attention. Also the time spent on a page is very less hence your title is the only thing that has the chance of captivating the visitor.
- After the visitor has decided to stay on the page, the role of the body comes into play. A visitor is always thinking- what’s in it for me? If you answer that question then you have made a sale. To answer this question, highlight a few benefits of the product. But this is not the goal of your page.
- Next is the offer. This is what you are giving the visitor in return for his mail id. This could be anything. The offer has to be very attractive because even if you don’t make a sale, you have an addition to your opt in list i.e. your future.
The above are the basic features of a converter squeeze page.
Most of the squeeze pages that fail are template based. They fail because they fall short of the above mentioned benchmarks. Also they are graphically not of a good quality and are not unique as a large number of people are using them. If there are two similar looking pages, one eats into the other’s share.
Hence to give your page a unique look, get it designed by a professional by stating your ideas. This will give true value for your money and the desired result.

The web is a complete group on interconnected computers discussion to one another. The computers are usually connected by land lines, modulator satellite signals, cables, and other types of data-transfer mechanisms. A ‘data-transfer mechanism’ is a way to move data from point A to point B to point C and so on. The computers that compose up the web can be connected all the time or they can be connected only occasionally. The computers that are connected all the time are characteristically called a server. Server software is formed to ’serve’ web pages and web sites. Basically, the server computer has a group of web sites loaded on it and it just waits for people to request a particular page. When the browser requests a page the server sends it out. There are other ways to find web like search engine but behind the scene web sites are all being establish by going to the web site’s certified address. Like your domain address is unique in the real world there also can’t be any duplicate addresses on the Internet otherwise no one would know where to go! I have discussion few web design related tips
1: Website templates can be an admirable tool when building a new web site; a tool that can speed up the creation schedule, improve the feature of the final web site and just make the whole process of building a web site much easier. Out of this experience come web templates; web site designs that have been tried and tested. As a software designer and programmer, I can tell you that a hub rule in that field is to not reinvent the controls. This fundamentally means that if someone else has built it already, you should use it! You are wasting your time and money trying to recreate things from scrape. You can now select from a enormous collection of confirmed web site styles that you can use the web site template as the foundation to your own creation.
Web designers over the years have figured out the best technique to arrangement and design a web page. As such you’re going to see mainly web sites work with the same handful of established designs and styles … given a project’s needs. The problem is that every person expects to see a web page layout go behind convinced basic rules; navigation sections have to be arranged in a confident way, links have to look a certain way. being dependable makes the web site easier for the visitor to use. The web site template serves as the structure for designers, where it eliminates the exhausting structural work and frees you to develop the refinement of the web site’s style. With so several web site templates to prefer from these days, you are almost definite to find the essential style and layout you are looking for. You can then construct off of that, speeding up the process – makes good sense for you and your clients! Web site templates save you money and large time, the creation cycle of a web site project is at slightest cut in half when you utilize a web site template. An additional advantage of using templates is that you can show the web site designers what you want slightly than trying to describe it to them. The turn around is also true where the designer can show the client several templates that he/she can choose.

Solutions to MLM Fraud Claims
To all network marketers who use Google Adwords to market your business, I am going to share with you some things I have recently learned.
I will first start off that much of the information I am sharing with you was communicated to me in a pay per click training class I attend called The Urban Cowgirl. The owner of the company is Cherie Yvette. She is certified in Google Adwords and often meets and talks to many of the engineers at Google, so the information is really straight from the horse’s mouth, so to speak. I want to thank Cherie for being so kind in sharing this information because I know many have no idea what is going on and how it could cost you, in money and even black list you from Google. I will do a series on the changes in Google because it is too much information to share at one time.
First let us start off by discussing the topic of Fraudulent claims. As we all know there a many ads on the internet that discuss various products and services. Many of these ads use similar terms and strategies to entice the individuals surfing the internet to respond favorably to an ad.
In this article, you will learn about some tips that will effectively help you to learn about how to screen ads; in particular clues; such as, “buzz words” or techniques that will assist in helping you to recognize some of the common terms within the ads to deceive individuals. For instance, get-rich-quick schemes, weight loss fraud, health fraud, credit repair and loan scams, travel fraud, and product misrepresentation.
Learning to recognize the signs of such fraudulent advertising, you can protect not only your customers, but also you bottom line, your reputation, and lastly, your advertisers with whom you have been conducting business.
On standard evaluation of any ads, here are some tell-tale signs to look for:
Does the offer, promotion, payoff, or benefit sound to good to be true? When you come across such ads that use buzz words and techniques that I will reveal in upcoming articles, be cautions. There is a possibility that you will be capable of recognizing a questionable advertisement with just a quick look, and have an even better chance at being able to stop it before you implement the ad, using whatever advertising vehicle; such as on the air, or in the mail to your customers.
Here is an example of a fraudulent advertisement.
Would you like to make money online?
“You can start earning $20-$200 a day, working less than 30 minutes a day at your computer with our PROVEN Six-Figure Income System! No obligation. FREE details. Limited time offer. Respond now and get The Internet Income course ABSOLUTELY FREE! A $299 value.
Go to http://sixfigureincome.com/free/?xxxx.x “
Below are some additional recent updates from Google. Again, thanks to Cherie Yvette, this is what she shares with all of those attending her class at The Urban Cowgirl.
Because of FTC campaigns launched recently, Google has continued to remove specific types of advertising:
It is suggested that you setup a Yahoo and MSN Search Engine Marketing campaign as soon as possible. This is because Yahoo and MSN are far less competitive and less expensive than Google. Focus on ROI and lead generation. Yahoo and MSN’s slower click prices will keep ad costs down.
Currently, with the focus on search, and internet, “real estate”, it is essential that your website be found at the top of the search engines. This includes not only Google, but also Yahoo and MSN, for the highest number of leads.
Yahoo and MSN do not place much emphasis on the quality of Landing Pages where as Google does. This will all you to attain better positions and bid prices in search, such as, template driven sales systems.
Google Adwords is still and advertising vehicle that you can use for high quality leads, but moving forward, it is recommended that you follow the recommended marketing search strategies:
1. Create unique landing pages and websites with a compelling offer and lots of great content that is relevant to what you are selling. Be very transparent.
2. Avoid single Lead Capture Pages, promises focused on income or money, and testimonials from yourself or others that could raise skepticism.
3. Focus on expanding your search campaigns from PPC into the organics using free traffic strategies, and duplicate successful campaigns at Yahoo and MSN.
4. Create unique keyword lists outside the industry terms that you know are receiving increased traffic scrutiny from Google. Just focus on creating your own niche markets.
5. If your account is disabled by Google, it is recommended that you call Google directly. Try to solve whatever issue they have with your campaign. Do not try to start another account.
In conclusion, if you are looking to increase your pay per click lead flow without costing you a bundle and risking suspension on Google, Yahoo and MSN are the solution.

Proper landing page optimization is the ‘Holy Grail’ of any effective Internet Marketing campaign. The purpose of landing page optimization is to create an environment that generates a sequence of events that ultimately results in visitor conversion. Search engine marketing is steadily evolving into a consumer driven platform…a platform that recognizes the targeted nature of the visitor, precisely identifies their needs, and presents an ‘actionable’ response and corresponding solution to satisfy that need.
The single most important principle of effective landing page optimization for any Internet Marketing effort is to precisely identify and satisfy the needs of the website visitor. When focused and relevant landing page methodology is initiated the Internet Marketing objective is achieved and the need of the website visitor is satisfied. Unfortunately, in the current on line marketing environment, where everybody and his brother has access to web publishing software, most designers and authors either avoid landing page optimization or seriously lack the intellectual capacity to fully understand how crucial a role this process truly is to the development and implementation of Internet Marketing strategies.
The idea of mass producing and mass publishing various web projects under different domains to produce a small conversion rate on each website is an excellent example of this concept. I like to refer to this as Wal-Mart website publishing. Where volume means more than relevant content and the more customers you get to spend a dollar will eventually make a lot of dollars. The idea of building more web sites and adding to the almost endless source of poorly written content on the www demonstrates an obvious lack of understanding of simple landing page optimization techniques. If you posses the necessary technical understanding and creative skills to launch a thousand websites representing the same product under different domains you are certainly capable of implementing proper landing page optimization techniques.
Landing page optimization should always be inherently responsive and proactive in its design. A fluid Internet Marketing environment requires its architects to be agile, creative, and well focused on a common goal.
The ability of the visitor to immediately adjust to the landing page environment is crucial to the conversion process. When visitors are ‘hyperlinked’ or transported from various Internet Marketing mediums, how quickly they adjust to their new environment and their initial first impressions are critical. They must be able to recognize within the first few seconds not only where they are but how to effectively interact with page content. The quicker a visitor is capable of negotiating the parameters of their new virtual environment the more likely they are to respond in a positive manner to ‘actionable’ response.
One very crucial consideration when practicing efficient Internet Marketing and proper landing page optimization is to fully evaluate varying levels of browsing habits for visitors. A page that adheres to proper landing page optimization principles becomes a valuable resource to the website visitor. By clearly directing the visitor to relevant and helpful information and links that satisfy visitor needs, websites gain credibility, merit, and a corresponding level of value for page content.
Landing page optimization is also an effective tool in analyzing which content links are most valuable to the user. By tagging each available link and tracking the link usage valuable data can be obtained regarding traffic patterns and how relevant the content was to the visitor. The Internet Marketing campaign can then be refined based on traffic patterns and link usage to develop more efficient methods to convert visitors and ‘funnel’ traffic to the desired ‘actionable’ response.
A key principle when formulating landing page optimization strategy is never to take web traffic for granted. A visitor allows a small window of opportunity to seize their attention. The average visit to a web page can be very short in duration….in fact, most visits last about ten seconds. An effective landing page must provide immediate and clear content to the reader and literally grab their attention within a three to five second window. To accomplish this seemingly monumental task, never assume that ’simple’ is interpreted the same among all people. What may be simple and easy to understand content to one visitor may be painstakingly difficult to understand for another.
This point should be thoroughly explored when developing landing page optimization strategy for Internet Marketing on an international level. By its very nature, Internet Marketing operates in a global environment and within the context of an international economy. As a result, landing page optimization techniques must be both sensible and based on intelligent design to achieve maximum return on investment. In order for business and e-commerce platforms to survive in an increasingly competitive environment, effective landing page optimization techniques have become even more essential and demanding. Gone are the days when a flashing banner ad prompted a landslide of web traffic.
One very easy way to evaluate your landing page optimization technique is to conduct a simple market survey. In order to conduct this test you must first find the least computer literate person that you know. For the purpose of this illustration, it’s my ‘Uncle Leon’. I would have selected my mother but she writes code for highly sophisticated and specialized business applications. Anyway, back to the test and ‘Uncle Leon’. To conduct this test simply open the web page in your browser, sit Uncle Leon down in front of the screen, and say nothing. If Uncle Leon fully understands the message, is able to successfully negotiate the page, fully understands the content, and responds to an ‘actionable’ request, you have successfully developed an optimized landing page. By way of contrast, if Uncle Leon decides this exercise is a bit too difficult for him to manage, it’s time to return to the design table for another creative session. Remember, 75% of all website traffic is ‘Uncle Leon’.
The sole purpose of landing page optimization is to get the most people from every background to take advantage of a website offering. Creative web design doesn’t need to take a backseat in the landing page optimization process. In fact, the creative element becomes even more focused on a properly optimized landing page. Creative ways to organize and present a site’s offerings in a simple and aesthetically pleasing manner can be the ultimate in creative expression. Loud high-tech approaches to landing page optimization may work in certain forms of direct marketing in specific market segments, but the rule of simplicity in landing page optimization is the reigning King.
Keep in mind the objective to effective landing page optimization is to satisfy the needs of the viewer. In fulfilling the intrinsic needs of web visitors, make sure that you format your ‘call to action’ in such a way that the ‘action’ actually fulfills a need, as opposed to providing another choice. Landing page optimization techniques should maximize conversion rates with the least cost per lead. Your landing page optimization efforts should complement each of your Internet Marketing efforts as well as acting as an informational tool to gather detailed data for future Landing Page Designs.
When developing effective landing page optimization strategy, bear in mind that your audience is becoming increasingly more sophisticated and the environment is becoming more fluid by its own design.

Anyone has tips on Search optimization in Youtube?
this is not a “how to get more views on my video”. its the “how do i get ti land on the 1st page for a certain keyword?”
There are several things people should know
about labelling their video: “tags” are only the
3rd most important component in YouTube’s
search results. Words in the title are 1st, and
words in the description are 2nd.
And ahead of all those characteristics is your
YouTube username. Thus, “tags” are really in
4th place, and as such are the least important
element in any search.
[Whenever you do a search, how often do you
find videos at the top of the search results list
with no matching words in the username, titles
or descriptions? Probably never. If you ever do
come across a video like that with no matches
whatsoever, that's when the 'tags' are actually
relevant in the search.]
Thus if you’re searching for a video (your own
or somebody else’s), and you want it to appear
at the top of search results, type the username
first, and then the title of the video (or at least
the most unique words of the title).
If you don’t want your username being part of
the search (maybe because people don’t know
it), and you want your video to appear near the
top of search results, then make the video title
and description as long as you can, and write
plenty of “buzz” words. (If you’re fascinated by
‘tags’, try to include them in your titles.)
As for “generic” searches, it should come as
no surprise that YouTube employs the Google
search engine, which has its own peculiar set
of rules. Thus consider these when you label
your videos:
1 — Try not to use lots of hyphens (-), because
they are considered just like minus signs, and
compound words risk being totally eliminated
from any search.
2 — Avoid using many 1- or 2-letter words such
as “a”, “I”, “at”, “in”, “me”, “my”, “no”, “of”, “to”
or “we” because Google actually ignores those
types of words, and they too will most likely be
eliminated from any search.
3 — Use quotation marks to denote phrases or
words that must be together, or else YouTube
treats them like separate words. For example,
there is a ton of difference between just typing
Qantas Airlines vs “Qantas Airlines”, or typing
the spirit of Australia vs “the spirit of Australia”.
(Check it out yourself.)
A great example of all this is when I answered
another person’s Yahoo question a while ago,
who asked:…Why can’t I find my video whose
title is One in a Million-Hannah Montana?
Well, 1 — the name “Hannah” is automatically
eliminated; 2 — so are the words “in” and “a”;
3 — no quote marks means that the remaining
words are each treated separately. YouTube’s
search engine isn’t aware that this is supposed
to be the name of a song.
Thus, in this example, the person may as well
have written Million Montana One in YouTube’s
searchbox. Guess whose video didn’t show up
in the first 10 pages of results?
If you want more people to “find” your video by
accident, there are a few other things you can
consider — but first make sure you have a pen,
paper and calculator beside you.
While your video is on the screen, go through
the “Related Videos” section and find the ones
with considerable views. Click on those videos
to find their “date”, and with your calculator try
and determine their popularity with the formula
“total views” divided by “number of months on
YouTube”. After you have determined which of
the videos are more popular, take note of their
titles, descriptions and tags — and try to do the
same or likewise.
That way, your video will be even more closely
“related” to them; and whenever people watch
those other videos, your video should show up
more often and higher in their “Related Videos”
section.
Another thing that you can do is: when you are
on those other videos, click “Statistics & Data”
to see which sites “link” to those other videos.
Perhaps you can try to do the same with yours.

Business-to-business purchasers commence in Google The Google Search Golden Triangle
If you haven’t seen on yet, it’s a heatmap of a person’s eye movent accross a Google search result.
What you see there is the phenomenon called the Google Search Golden Triangle. People center on the highest natural results that fall under a triangle shape at the top leftmost corner of the computer screen.
You should prefer to aim as close as possible to this Golden Triangle as top natural results mostly translates into further online traffic.
Natural vs. Paid Search
There are 2 varieties of search results: paid results and natural (or organic) results. Paid results are the listings that involve a payment to the SE in order to list the link for specific keywords.
The most commonly utilized type of paid listings is called PPC (pay-per-click), this is where you pay each time someone or a person searching online, clicks on the link in your advertizement. The cost grows with the competitiveness of the keyword.
Google AdWords makes up one popular way of paid search advertizement.
Whenever you are about to do paid search listings, do it right.
Natural results are assembled by SEs’ web spiders and placed according to relevancy to the search conditions. This relevancy is estimated by measures such as extent of keyword match and number of web sites linking up to that particular website. It’s a great deal more useful to be catalogued highly in the natural results than in the pay-per-click advertizements. Welfares of existing in natural results:
• No cost – natural results are listed founded on the search engine’s criterion of your relevancy and quality, not your advertizing bucks, so you do not pay a “fee” per click
• Acquire a lot of traffic – most people click the natural search results, not the paid advertizements
• Acquire visitants with a greater education – research reveals those who click on natural search results To a greater extent often have a greater level of education
• More durable lasting rank and traffic – SEs register your placing history, helping you rank highly in the time to come, and they just reassess your place every couple of weeks or months, leaving you to maintain your place longer
Tip to Understand Google If you comprehend how Google functions, you are able to utilise them to your advantage.
Paid (PPC) Results (25% of Clicks) Natural Results (75% of Clicks)
• Free • More traffic
• Smarter people
• Longer lasting traffic which equals more money in your pocket

Email newsletters (aka E-zines) can be regarded as one of the best business communication tools invented for a long time.
• They are low cost – even no cost in comparison to paying for paper, printing, envelopes, and postage.
• They are instantly deliverable directly to the desired recipient.
• They are created with ease and minimal fuss.
• They are environmentally friendly – no paper or transport to distant subscribers.
• They allow you to stay on the radar of qualified prospects and existing customers in a low-key, non-threatening way.
• They position you as an expert, authority, and credible resource in your industry.
Little wonder that so many businesses are jumping on the bandwagon with aggressive list-building tactics. The choice between right and wrong becomes paramount, and your ethics, credibility, and reputation all come in to play when you choose how to build your list.
The wrong ways, while not yet illegal, are currently under review and challenge by both the European Union and the United States of America. Some dodgy tactics include:
• Buying databases and mailing lists from vendors who sell them
• Adding every contact you meet at networking events
• Mining other databases like Chamber of Commerce member lists and the Yellow Pages
• Using ‘Opt-out’
(Please note that I am NOT talking about occasional ad hoc emails, I am specifically referring to adding these names to your regular E-zine subscriber list)
Doing so will add thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of names to your list.
What is the point of a subscriber list of thousands who never asked to receive your information, probably will never even open your messages, and certainly will never do business with you? It’s a case in point of quantity rather than quality.
How will unsolicited SPAM position you as credible? How will it draw prospects to doing business with you?
As an example, recently I received an email from a local Law Firm that I have never had any dealings with. Somehow I have landed on their subscriber list. (You’d think a law firm would lead by example!)
The email is addressed: ‘Dear Client’. Ahem – I am not, never have been, and now certainly will never be. They have completely blown their own credibility in my eyes.
At the end, they have their ‘Opt-Out’ clause: ‘This newsletter is sent in accordance with the EU Privacy and Electronic Communications Directive. If you no longer wish to receive it please send an email to **** to unsubscribe’.
Why must I have the hassle of asking them to remove me from a subscription service that I never asked to be a part of in the first place? The next one I receive will be flagged as SPAM. They will learn the hard way when the ISPs blacklist their outbound emails. (NB: If you are having problems with sending outgoing emails, and have an email newsletter with subscribers who haven’t subscribed themselves, you may want to check your ‘blacklisting’ status with your Internet Service Provider.)
Do you even trust Unsubscribe links anyway? How many times have you tried following one and then either being asked to log in (eh? With what details??) or received a ’successfully unsubscribed’ message only to find you continue receiving the newsletters anyway?
The above tactics only serve to destroy your own credibility and reputation. Rather than being on the radar in a non-threatening way you may be pushing your prospects away.
Don’t despair: There are better ways!
There are many reputable businesses and E-zine publishers who are getting the process right. In so doing they are growing their lists with warm, qualified subscribers who have a much higher likelihood of becoming paying clients in time. Look at what they are doing so you can emulate their techniques as well as their success.
Here are some of the ethical, honest, and best-practice methods that they (and we) use:
• Use verified opt-in services. It will take longer to grow a list this way, but each and every person on that list has chosen to be there. They have qualified themselves in, are expecting to hear from you, are most likely to open and read your messages, and have an even higher likelihood of doing business with you when ready. The best way to do this is to use one of the reputable list managers in the market. Get recommendations. We love Aweber (http://aweber.com/?298402).
• Have a clear privacy policy. Email addresses are like gold. Let your subscribers know that they can trust you to treat theirs as such. Make is clear that you will not rent, sell, or share their information with any third parties. Also make it clear what you will do with their subscriber info. For example read Zee2A’s Privacy Policy at http://www.zee2a.com/privacy.html.
• Only send relevant information. Set expectations upfront about the kind of information you send your subscribers and then keep your promises. If you offer a Tax Consulting service your subscribers will expect information relating to that. They don’t want emails from you marketing Time-Share in Spain. Here at Zee2A we help our clients grow their businesses, so our emails will always contain articles, hints, tips, and suggestions on doing just that. Not the latest Make-up and fashion trends!
• Make it easy to get in touch with you. The internet can be a vast, impersonal, black hole. Show your subscribers the real ‘you’ behind the website and the E-zine. We always include a photograph to make it more personal and so that you can put our names and faces together. We also include contact information (http://www.zee2a.com/contactus.html) so that you can write, email, or call us.
• Make it easy to unsubscribe. If your readers choose to no longer receive your newsletters they should not need to jump through hoops to have their wishes granted. There should be no shenanigans. Your privacy policy and use of a reputable list manager will ensure integrity in this matter.
Keep an eye out for my follow up article, coming soon, in it I will outline various tried and tested methods to grow your E-Zine list with quality subscribers who look forward to hearing from you.

Pay Per Click Advertising is for those who want to test customer’s quick response on their latest products/services. Along with this, PPC is best if you do not want to wait for organic promotion of your website. Since this methodology is relatively new and counted among one of the very specialized ways of internet marketing, it is highly recommended that you hire dedicated PPC experts. Services usually provided by the PPC Company can help you achieve increased lead generation by their expertise thereby making your PPC campaign even more profitable. So now the key question is – what are those activities that a PPC expert can perform for your website in order to get that lead generation?
Well, to start with if you are not getting the targeted clicks on your impression a PPC expert will look at your headlines and try to make it more appealing to drive traffic. They generally do the necessary research and then word your headline with relevant keywords in such a style that the net surfers are compelled to click the headline to learn more. Further PPC experts use the methodology of Dynamic Keyword Insertion (DKI) in the heading to make the title appear relevant to the searchers. And, same goes for the actual advertisement copy. A PPC expert with his/her analyzing skill can easily make the ad copy tempting that may further influence a visitor’s mind to click your ad. Hence, PPC experts will often use the terms like ‘Click Here’, ‘Buy Now’, ‘Learn more’, and ‘Book now’ etc.
Moreover, usually it has been observed that the Landing Page of an impression is irrelevant to the suggesting ad-line. In this context, the PPC expert may even alter this by making necessary relevant changes. Along with this, the design of the current landing page and its content are also important aspects that at times require a PPC expertise. A PPC expert makes sure the design is not cluttered and the content is quality content and business specific.
A PPC campaign requires a constant work to ensure maximum return on investment. Click through rate (CTR) is a performance indicator most PPC experts use to benchmark the quality of ads and copy. Generally, the prime objective of the expert is to deliver to the surfer whatever he or she is looking for. An individual reading the PPC ad must be influenced and click on it to purchase the products/services provided by the website increasing lead generation.
Finally, while talking about PPC advertising; Google AdWords need a special mention here. Google AdWords is the most popular and convenient medium for all those advertisers who want to reach out to maximum customers irrespective of the budget. Being rated as the best PPC Company by industry experts, Google not only accepts payments according to results but even help entrepreneurs opting local advertisement that can easily target regional customers.

Dynamic Landing Page Generator
Why Generator Site Maps are a Necessary Tool for Any Home Based Business
Your home based business venture is just a pretty website if you can’t get the flow of traffic that you need to start growing and earning. Generator site maps can play an intricate part of this growing battle between websites for the necessary traffic for profit that websites need in order to remain competitive.
There are never any absolutes or guarantees when it comes to marketing your home based business venture. However, generator site maps are a high quality edge over the competition and can help bolster you search engine rankings, sometimes landing you on the first page of the search results. This is certainly worth the effort and the small amount of money. When you invest in your home based business venture with generator site maps, you are investing in search results, which ultimately means more traffic.
A generator site map serves a dual purpose, each distinct and not necessarily linked to the other. Initially, the generator site map will allow users distinct navigation benefits and enable simple surfing when they enter the website. When using the generator site map to encourage traffic for a home based business venture, search engines are more likely to pick up content related to searches through something known as a spider used by the search engine to grab direct results, especially when using the Google generator site map. Google, of course, offers one of the most enhanced and effective generator site maps in the history of the internet, which is to be expected considering the Google is the single largest and most widely used search engine on the internet.
When you are setting up your home based business venture and are developing methods of driving the necessary traffic to your website, take the time (after using the free downloaded generator site maps offered by Google and other sites) to index your site. This process enables Google and additional search engines to recognize content faster and bring your content to the forefront of search results. This may not happen all of the time, but if you are well indexed, offer plenty of keywords and keyword variations, and maintain your content well, then you stand a significant chance of ending up on the first page of an internet search for your material. That, in and of itself, is the single biggest and most compelling reason for anyone who operates a home based business venture to put some time and energy into the generator site map. Doing so may pay off ten fold.
Indexing works like a beacon for search engines. Keywords and keyword phrases that are typed in via users on the internet are then shot through the Google search engines. While Google is certainly able to pick up on new material, it is also more likely to return results that are easier for it to find. Indexing provides that beacon, directing the search engine toward your site for faster recognition.
Google also provides some helpful tools for users who are dedicated to using their generator site map and the tools have proven to be excellent for home based business applications and tools. Google helps out by offering a simple save for all settings and recognizes robots.txt files. Additionally, Google offers a simple encoder for URL submissions, which can seriously reduce stress and time constraints when submitting multiple URL addresses. When you are taking on a home based business venture, every tip and strategy becomes either a leg up on the competition, or a leg up on the perpetual race against the clock.
Fortunately, there really aren’t any size restrictions or any restrictions that might prevent you from using a generator site map for your home based business venture. In fact, Google and other search engines are simply designed to pick up the matching material and not to respond to subjective notions such as size or reliability. Thus, anyone who wishes to can use a generator site map to help return a better results rating for their website or their home based business venture.
Keep a leg up on the never ending competition by implementing the use of a dynamic generator site map. This usually requires a little additional help from something called a python script, available from the number one search engine of course, and is significantly helpful for any website with more than one web page. The python script is a helpful tool when building your generator site map from URL lists, access logs, and directories. There are simply more options and a higher adherence to generator site map protocol with the python script.
There is an extensive use of language known as markup language that a new user will encounter while creating their generator site map. This is just one more new item to learn a little something about while you are learning how to functionally operate your home based business venture. In the most simplified manner, decryption is not all that difficult. Simple symbols such a mean location and indicates the last time you hopped on there and changed anything. If you have been in there changing things around, you can expect to see indication of either the month, day, and year, the month, and year, the hour and the day, all spit out in computer shorthand. Symbols such as and such variations as well as or similar variations simply indicate the time, day, and year that these changes occurred. The one symbol that will mean the most to you as you build up your home based business with the generator site map will be your priority () which tells you where you fits on Google’s interest list. Your goal is 1.0 and you hope to never see 0.0 as this would indicate you have no priority. It might take a little time to master the techno-speak that is associated with Google generator site map, but it will be well worth understanding the methods of interpretation as this can mean significant more traffic to your website.
In the meantime, good luck on your journey to success.

How to Easily Create a Killer Ads & Landing Page for High Conversion Rates!
How’s everything going on guys, just thought I’d give the beginners out there some guidance to PPC marketing. Here’s what you will learn:
In this post, we will begin our discussion on how to improve Click-Through Ratios CTRs and Conversion Rates (CR) to improve your ads and Landing Pages. I’ll begin our discussion of ads and landing pages in this lesson with the subject of subconscious advertising techniques.
The Right Touch
You want your ads and your landing pages to find and attract the right people for your opportunity. You want to attract people to click on your ads in the first place…and then you ultimately want them to join your program or buy your product or service (”convert”). Yes, this is known as the process of converting.
As discussed earlier, in PPC Search Marketing, however, there is an added twist. You don’t want your ads to attract people who are not inclined to join your program or buy your product or service (”convert”). You do not want tire-kickers to click on your ads. That only costs you unnecessarily and drives up your Conversion Cost (CC). You want your ads to be selective in their attraction. You only want clicks from those people who will react favorably to your landing page. Thus, we are discussing ads and landing pages together in this lesson because they are inextricably tied in this manner.
Your goal is to create an ad and landing page combination that will produce the most conversions per click (i.e. maximize your CR). To accomplish this goal, we to turn to psychology for some help.
The Subconscious Mind
How do you attract the people who will buy your product or service or join your network building program? Let’s look briefly at what psychology can tell us about how this is accomplished.
While the theories differ somewhat, it is generally believed that the human mind is a combination of conscious and unconscious processes. The unconscious is sometimes broken down into pre-conscious, subconscious, and unconscious. Rather than getting lost in this detail, however, we will refer to all three as the “subconscious mind” or the “subconscious.” The subconscious mind is where we get our “hunches” and “intuition.” It controls much of what we do.
The world is constantly throwing information at us. If you were to take a 10-minute walk down a busy sidewalk and then attempt to write an exhaustively detailed account of everything you encountered, you would have enough information to fill up an encyclopedia volume. First, there is the physical landscape. You may have passed hundreds of man-made structures and hundreds of naturally occurring structures. You may have passed thousands of plant species and hundreds of animal species. There were certain weather conditions also. Then, there is the human landscape. You may have passed 50 or more people, each with different physical characteristics, different clothing styles, different attitudes, different moods, and different ways of interacting with you as you passed.
Somehow, your brain has to deal with all that information, while at the same time dealing with all the other stuff that you may be thinking about – What do you have to do at work today? – What you are going to do tonight? – Is your spouse or partner mad at you for what you said last night? – How are you going to get all the bills paid this week? How are you going to lose those extra pounds? – etc. – etc. How do our brains deal with so many issues?
Well, obviously, not all of this information is dealt with consciously. There is simply not enough time to think out loud to yourself about all the observations you make and all the choices you make. Yet, despite this lack of time, you cannot afford to ignore certain important signals. For example, one of the people you passed on your walk may have looked threatening. While you may not have consciously made that observation, a signal was triggered in the back of your mind to glance back around and make sure the person kept moving away from you. You probably could not recount a list of things about that person that made you feel that way – it was just a feeling. The person just made you uneasy. That is your subconscious mind at work for you, keeping you safe. On the other hand, if you passed someone you found attractive, you may have found yourself pulling your stomach in and holding your chest out. You didn’t decide to do this. You just did it. This is your subconscious mind at work for you, keeping you attractive as possible for those you want to impress.
In all these cases, you likely responded before you even had time to think about it consciously. Much of our behavior is controlled by our subconscious mind in this manner. If we had to think everything out consciously before we acted, we would never react to most of the things that happen to us. Thus, our subconscious minds control much of what we do.
Psychology Of Subconscious Advertising
In advertising, you direct your efforts not just at the conscious mind, but also at the subconscious mind. Thus, you need to create materials that not only lay out the logical reasons to join your program or buy your product or service, but also get a positive reaction from the viewers’ subconscious minds as well.
The conscious mind responds to information and does so logically. The subconscious mind responds to signals and does so emotionally. The design of our campaign should appeal to each, but at the appropriate time.
How Does It Work?
It always amuses me how chewing gum is sold in television advertisements (so much so I think I have mentioned it before in this course). Chewing gum advertisements portray the gum as making you more attractive to the opposite sex. Anyone who thinks about it logically knows that your choice of chewing gum will not effect your ability to attract a romantic partner. Yet, the advertisements are reasonably successful. Why?
Recent studies on negative political ads have discovered that, even though people are consciously aware that negative political ads are usually fast and loose with the facts…and even though people consciously claim that such ads will not influence them, the ads still have an effect. Why?
With both chewing gum ads and negative political ads, the conscious mind is saying one thing and the subconscious mind is saying another. With respect to political ads, the viewer’s conscious mind might be saying “this ad is misleading and disgusting and I will not be influenced by it,” while at the same time their subconscious may be saying, “anything could possibly be true and this is scary…and because these signals are being sent, perhaps I should be cautious about this person”. With respect to the chewing gum ads, the viewer’s conscious mind might be saying, “I’m not stupid, I know one brand of chewing gum over another is not going to make me sexier”, while the subconscious mind might be saying, “what the heck, I want to be sexy so bad that I’ll try anything…after all, what can it hurt to try it.”
The marketing experts who craft the chewing gum ads know that people do not spend a lot of time deciding which brand of chewing gum to buy. They know that the decision does not warrant that much thought. They use this to their advantage. The advertisements are often even tongue-in-cheek. They are not seriously trying to convince your conscious mind that their brand of chewing gum will make you sexier than the next brand. They know better than that. But, they know they can convince your subconscious mind with the right signals and that you will be unwilling to spend the time for your conscious mind to talk your subconscious mind out of this proposition. When you reach to buy chewing gum, subject to your habits and taste choices, your subconscious mind will steer you to the brand with the most effective subconscious advertising.
How To Use Subconscious Advertising
To determine the things of interest to the subconscious mind, we need only look to the list of basic human needs. Basic human needs are generally considered to be: safety, food, sex, shelter, social acceptance and inclusion, and adventure. Thus, these, and similar interests, are the interests the subconscious mind is geared to monitor.
Fear is often an element in subconscious advertising. “Fear of loss” is often discussed as an effective technique used by marketers. You may have landed on a Website offering something, but the offer ended that day. The site may have displayed the date you were there as the expiration date of the offer. If you go back to the site the next day, you may find that the expiration date has mysteriously been extended by a day. Same thing the next day. Some sites are programmed to display the current date as the expiration date. This is so that anytime anyone views the page, it appears to be the last day of the offer. While you may question the ethics of this type of marketing, it does occur frequently and it does subconsciously invoke a “fear of lost opportunity.” If you do not act today, you may lose out. Even though you may consciously question whether the offer really expires, your subconscious will feel the need to make a decision now while the offer is available.
Department stores are often accused of raising their prices so they can put items “on sale” (while still offering them at the originally intended price). Shoppers see that the item is “on sale” and subconsciously (and sometimes consciously) feel an urgency to get the item now while “on sale,” even though the price for the item is no lower than at other stores where it is not “on sale.”
I am not suggesting that you use these techniques, but I refer to these as common examples of subconscious marketing. Another common, and perhaps more legitimate, method is to use photos that show a group of attractive, stylish, intelligent-looking people enjoying the product or service. The subconscious desire to be included in this group has an effect.
A recent example I saw was an e-mail containing a picture of a strong attractive man in a tank top and blue jeans at the beach attending to his sailboat, while talking on the phone to a not-unattractive, but nerdy looking, young man in an uncomfortable-looking suit in a small business cubicle. The tanned, comfortable, and attractive-looking beach guy was explaining the benefits of his business to the nerdy, untanned, uncomfortable-looking potential subscriber. The subconscious implication is that the young nerd can become like the sexy beach guy, but it will take joining the program to get him there. Reduced to its essence, this photo is saying to the subconscious mind, “joining our program will make you sexy.”
In ads where you cannot use pictures, you should seek the same effect with words. You need to create a strong need for quick action – a fear of loss from inaction. You need to suggest that the product or service is the choice of attractive, intelligent, sexy people. With your choice of words, subtly associate the product or service with attractive women, strong men, good food, secure shelter, safety, and adventure.
NOTE: I recognize that a “safe adventure” is a bit of an oxymoron. Yet, that is exactly what our subconscious minds seek. The subconscious mind is not good at making intellectual reconcilliations and hard choices. Rather, it wants the best of all worlds. The popularity of “adventure parks,” where danger is simulated, but safety is ensured, is a good example of how understanding the subconscious mind can lead to a successful product. You should simultaneously make your product or service sound safe and yet adventurous.
Illegal Subliminal Advertising
Speaking to the subconscious is a controversial topic. In fact, certain techniques, known as “Subliminal Advertising” are illegal in many jurisdictions. “Subliminal Advertising” involves hiding a message, such as “eat popcorn” in a film or TV show. This is done by showing the message for such a short period of time that the conscious mind does not see it; but, allegedly, the subconscious mind does. The science on whether this works is in some dispute, as the original studies on the subject turned out to have been fabricated. In any event, “subliminal messages” in that sense (hidden commands) are not what we are referring to in this lesson. We are referring to choosing words and pictures that send the right signals to the subconscious mind, while making the logical (conscious) arguments for your product or service.
Limits Of Subconscious Advertising
The subconscious, despite its vulnerabilities, knows how to spot a blatant lie. For a subconscious suggestion to work, it has to be somewhat plausible. If it is entirely implausible, it can backfire. A recent U.S. Senate race dramatically proved this point. One candidate ran an ad suggesting the other was “Godless,” when in fact the attacked candidate was a regular church goer and Sunday School teacher. Despite the fact that negative political ads are usually effective to some extent, this negative political ad is believed to have backfired dramatically because of its blatant dishonesty.
Interestingly though, recent studies have shown that even when a viewer knows that the suggestion is not true and consciously says they will not be effected by it, it still has some slight effect. It appears that there is a line somewhere, however, that when crossed nullifies all effect of the subconscious suggestion and can even backfire.
A dishonest negative attack on a competing candidate, product, or service itself sends a signal to the unconscious mind of the viewer. The signal is something to the effect of “this messenger is dangerously negative.” If that signal is stronger than the signal meant to be sent…as when the ad is too negative and too implausible…the perceived danger of the messenger outweighs the danger in the message. That is, the subconscious mind of the viewer is more alerted to the danger from the negative messenger than it is to the purported danger in the negative message. Thus, you should beware of using negative attacks on competing products or services, other than to subtly make them appear boring and ineffective compared to your product or service.
Recent Apple television commercials are a good example of negative advertising that may be effective. By using two characters (one to represent Microsoft and one to represent Apple), and making the Microsoft character appear unattractive and incompetent, while the Apple character has confidence and appeal, these ads are a good example of the application of subconscious appeal used to create a negative image of the competition. The ads avoid “crossing the line” by making the Apple character appear to be somewhat compassionate for the Microsoft character. Thus, the Apple character does not appear dangerous or unfair, just more “cool.”
Practical Application To Search Marketing
Subconscious appeal in advertising is most effective when the least conscious mental thought is employed by the potential customer. Subconscious appeal works well for chewing gum because people do not devote that much conscious time to their choice of chewing gum. It works less well for larger purchasing decisions which require a lot of conscious thought.
For most things more important than chewing gum, people spend some conscious mental energy before making a purchase. The results of that conscious decision is affected by the subconscious appeal, but the conscious process plays the main role. This becomes more and more true as the price and significance of the purchase increases.
Any time you develop an advertisement, you can employ both conscious and subconscious appeal in your choice of words and images. Knowing when to employ more of one than the other is a secret of effective advertisers.
Remember that in PPC Search Marketing we want to limit the clicks on our ads to just those who are most likely to subscribe to our program or purchase our product. Then, when they do click, we want to be sure and close the deal with our landing page. Knowing how subconscious advertising works helps us greatly in this particular balancing act.
Here’s the secret. In your Search Marketing Ads, use conscious appeal. That is, describe the benefits of your product or service and appeal to the logic of the viewer to create interest. This way, only those who have given some conscious thought to the benefit of your program or product, and found it of interest to them, will click on the links. On the other hand, on your Landing Page, use subconscious appeal to its full extent! Once you have paid for that click, pull out all the stops to make your product or service appeal subconsciously to the visitor. Use powerful wording that appeals to emotion as well as logic. Use photos and images that invoke attractive people with the promise of social acceptance and business success. Make your product look as safe as possible, yet as exciting as possible. Make it sexy!
This approach works very well in Search Marketing because your ads are limited to words only anyway. While it is possible to use subconscious appeal very effectively with words only, pictures are indeed worth a thousand words when it comes to subconscious appeal. Search Marketing is designed for short, logical, textual ads on the Search Engines that lead to media rich landing pages that close the deal with subconscious appeal.
If your results show that your Search Marketing Campaign is failing because you are simply not getting enough clicks in the first place, you may need to spice up your ads with some subconscious appeal, but if you are getting enough clicks, it is better to wait for the landing page to bring on the subconscious appeal full steam.
Conclusion
PPC Search Marketing involves the use of “Ads” and “Landing Pages.” The Ads are short and restricted to words only. The Landing Pages are under your control and can be as media rich as you can make them. To obtain the desired CTR and CR, you must balance your Ads against your Landing Pages. To avoid a low CR, limit the appeal of your Ads to just those likely to convert. Thus, use logical persuasion in your Ads, to limit your Ads to only those truly interested in your product or service. Then, use subconscious advertising on your Landing Page to ensure a good CR. If your ads are not bringing enough clicks, you may want to add some subconscious appeal to the words used, but otherwise keep it limited. Pull out all the stops on your Landing Page, however, and convince your viewers subconscious minds that your product or service will make them sexy!

In email marketing, emails must be written effectively in order to capture the attention and interest of customers. The messages will usually serve two functions. They will be used either for the purpose of acquisition or for the purpose of retention. In acquisition, they will be used to draw in more new customers to enlarge the customers database. As for retention, they will be used to retain existing customers so that the customers list will not shrink. That said, what good will they do if the all-important landing page for your email marketing strategy fails to provide a smooth and proper landing for the customers?
The landing page is an integral component of your email marketing message. The main email text describes the main highlights of your product or service. The landing page consolidates and further reinstates what you have written in the main email text. This is the reason why the landing page being action-inducing is best left to stand on its own as another separate customized page. Traffic will tend to be directed, and the possibility of increasing conversion rates will be higher. Therefore, it is necessary to customize the landing page that will appear specific to what’s being offered in your email text offer.
To achieve good results , here are the tips for a good Landing Page:
(1) Be specific in details — Whatever is the intention of the landing page, it is best to place emphasis solely on the product or service in topic, as described earlier in the email promotional message. For example, if the promotion is for the registration of an educational course, then do not deviate from it. Direct all your efforts to only bringing in the registration traffic. Be focused and specific in the details and action taken.
(2) Be creative but synchronized — It is good to synchronize the appearance of the email text and that of the landing page. What is being used to make the email more appealing to customers should be used in the landing page. If the email shows certain colors being used, it’s best for the landing page to adopt similar colors. The main reason for this is that the attraction power that has worked for the email will filter to the landing page. Customers will stay on to read in the same creative background, without giving them unnecessary mental fidgets.
(3) Bring to mind the offer — When emails are being read, there are only two results. One is that the email is of no interest to the customer and goes to deletion. The other result is that the email appeals to the interest of the customer, and this goes on to be a click-through. Of absolute importance is the fact that the offer has to be reinstated for the sake of reminding the customer. The best way to achieve good results is to make the reinstatement within the headline itself. The headline sits at the top of your page, and it has be compelling in providing the unique selling proposition of the product or service. It must meet the needs of the customers in “What’s in it for me?”. It must convince their curiosity.
(4) Show off your selling skills — The landing page is where the customer gets to read the benefits of your product or service, and experience the best selling skills that you have. It is the opportunity for you to showcase to the best of your abilities what you can offer in terms of product or service excellence and benefits. Customers have gone this far clicking through to this landing page and you will be doing yourself injustice if they do leave because you have not offered them more freebies and benefits. One point worth noting is that there must be honesty and transparency as far as offers, freebies and benefits are concerned. It is strongly recommended that the pricing offers be simplified as far as possible; too much details and choices tend to raise confusion and can be damaging to the closing. To lend support to all these juicy pricing offers and benefits, a good testimonial preferably accompanied by a photo will do the job. You can increase your credibility by including a visual pop such as “As featured in SmartMoney”. Give your customers additional information using pop-ups to make them stay. They have to appreciate and understand more about the value of your offer and why they need to buy from you now.
(5) Emphasize the call to action — This is the finale for the landing page. After all the sales talk throughout the whole length of the landing page, it is time to emphatically stress the call to action. Even if there is a form to be completed, this must be made known to customers. The call to action should be written in clear powerful terms and should create impact upon customers. It should lead customers to taking immediate action. “Buy NOW before the price goes up tomorrow”, “Enjoy $100 discount. Don’t miss this offer. Sign up NOW! “. These examples of call to action clearly shows the strong directive for customers to take action immediately. Figures (e.g. $100) should be used to help customers realize the mathematical value of your offer. To create more impact, additional call to action buttons and links should be placed appropriately throughout the whole length of the landing page, with the minimum of one per screen view. To increase the confidence of your customers to buy from you, remove the element of risk and provide them with the assurance of guaranteed satisfaction.
The landing page is just too important to be given some slipshod construction. It will work if it is given due thought and consideration with meticulous planning. It may turn out to be the savior of your flagging business. Nevertheless, the customer must still be given the red-carpet welcome on your landing page!

They have put a ban on the leased land right now where the oil is to STOP the Oil Company from drilling and are only allowing them to DRILL on the 20% of the leased land for Exploration on purpose so they can take away the lease and give it to the Oil Company of their choice!!!! They are purposefully HURTING the ECONOMY FOR THEIR OWN BENIFIT!!!! This is all TRUE! Why they have a 9% Approval rating~! Why not to vote for OBAMA cause he is also on the same PAGE as they are!

Pagedo Launches Exciting New ‘Landing Page‘ Service At South By Southwest (Sxsw)
PageDo is a powerful new online service enabling businesses to launch customized Landing Pages without any technical knowledge. PageDo is aimed at business owners, marketers and agencies to help them achieve higher returns on their existing marketing budget using post-click marketing techniques. By focusing on the post click marketing space the product aims to improve conversions for businesses after a potential customer has clicked on a PPC ad (e.g. Google Adwords), banner ad, a link in a ‘tweet’ or email campaign. PageDo aims to help businesses capture the vast majority of customers who click but do not convert to leads.
Founder Matthew Ogston explains “There are many reasons why customers click but don’t convert, most people link their ad campaigns directly to their existing website, but customers are often faced with many distractions on a page with not enough focus on the call to action. The copy may not match the ad and may not be geared towards encouraging the potential customer complete the form or sign up to an offer”.
PageDo’s mantra is keep it simple. “Why make something complex, when you can achieve more by keeping things simple, functional and easy to use” explains founder Matthew Ogston. This ethos runs through the backbone of everything that PageDo does. Anyone with little or no technical knowledge can set up a landing page within minutes and leverage the value found in post click marketing. Larger companies can bypass their sluggish IT departments and launch pages to improve their conversion rates and get a better return on their investments.
The product also enables companies to launch multiple pages for the same or different campaigns to find out which converts the best. Landing pages built using PageDo can be used for almost any marketing campaign such as generating leads, collecting expressions of interest, or creating a buzz around an event.
At present they have a basic product and hope to launch a number of Landing Page Templates in the coming weeks. They are actively looking for marketers and business partners to develop and test the product to solve their needs. PageDo are also seeking technology and investment partners to rapidly expand the product. If you would like to have a chat about their future strategy or to arrange a demo or meeting, get in touch with Matthew Ogston at the Digital Mission Stand at South by Southwest or twitter PageDo.

Beautiful Free Funeral Program Template
The loss of a loved one is without a doubt one of the most traumatic events we’re forced to endure in our lives. Be it the shock of one’s sudden passing, or the finality of something that seemed inevitable, yet could not be accepted until the moment occurred, the aftermath of someone’s passing is filled with many emotions. These emotions are revisited countless times in the days that follow a loved one’s passing, leading up to the funeral.
While the process of planning for a funeral is a sad one for all, for many it is also a time of fond recollection, of celebrating a life that touched the lives of others, including our own. Planning a funeral to incorporate these two rather opposite and warring emotions is not easy, but it can be skilfully and tactfully executed.
The speeches certainly afford the opportunity to make guests both laugh and cry. Another aspect of the funeral that can touch both of these spectrums is the artistic design of the service sheet covers and photo boards used at the funeral, and it’s this challenge that we at Service Sheet Boutique strive to face and overcome each day, the challenge of bringing to life an image, of evoking a cherished memory, with designs that speak to the one depicted on them.
Whether the funeral will be a sombre event, with artistic accompaniment that is classic, stately, and refined, or a celebration of a tremendous life, with triumphant designs that match the zest they carried with them in life, we work closely with our clients to deliver the style and imagery that perfectly captures the essence of the loved one and the event.
Now when it comes to burying our loved ones, we like to think that money is no object, that we’ll spare no expense in ensuring the perfect send off. This is certainly a noble thought, but the reality is that funeral costs continue to rise, while wills and life insurance are often woefully inadequate in covering their expenses. This dilemma has of course been furthered in the past year by the receding economy, tightening the purse strings of families across New Zealand and the world.
If there’s an area where the recession has perhaps had a positive impact on the mindset of many, it’s in the realm of budgeting. People have rediscovered the joy of being smart with money, of looking for value in products and services, and abandoning the notion that more expensive is automatically better, or in some way desirable.
When it comes to funerals, finding those areas where money can be saved is often difficult. At Service Sheet Boutique, one of our first orders of business was to create a set of free templates that any visitors to our site could make use of. As passionate as we are about what we do, and the effect we feel these designs can have on those who view them, we felt it important that everyone be able to have this effect at their own funeral, framing their loved one in a way that is indicative of their individual spirit.
The same eye for soothing designs and elegant style that we’ve used to build all of the works on our site were used to fashion these free templates. We made them to be a real alternative for those who simply can’t afford to have a custom design made, without sacrificing anything in the way of quality.
Making use of the templates is a quick and simple process. From our main page, select the Free Templates link, which will bring you to a new page. From this page you can view the designs and download whichever ones you like, completely free. You don’t need to supply us with any information, signup to the site, or anything else. Simply click to download your free templates and they’ll begin downloading.
Templates are available in both PSD and JPEG formats. The PSD’s are layered for ease of use in PhotoShop. Download the jpegs to use in any other program. We have also included font suggestions and font download links.
We would absolutely love for these free templates to be put to good use, so please feel free to visit our site and check them out for yourself, as well as the other products and services we have to offer.
We appreciate your interest in our services, and hope you’ll make use of them in the future, whether it be a custom work, or our lovingly crafted free templates. Best wishes.

Landing Pages That Sell
Is your PPC or Adwords Campaign Crashing on the Landing Page?
What is a good landing page? The crucial half of a PPC campaign most people don’t know about.
Google Adwords, Yahoo (formerly called Overture Sponsored listings) and other Pay Per Click (PPC) companies give you the chance to get your ad or search listing at the top of the pack, right up front and perfectly matched to the searcher’s query. With a clever and catchy, attention grabbing ad or headline you can win the viewer in that critical split second he has to decide to click.
He clicks, you score! Right? WRONG! If you can get that click on a focused, targeted keyphrase and ad headline, you should feel very good. You’re halfway there. But, where does he land? On your home page? On the specific product page if you have an online store?
The page where the viewer lands is called a “landing page” or “destination page.” It is equally as important as your ad headline and copy, if not more. Most sales, conversions, or leads that cost hard cash to Adwords or Yahoo are often lost because of poor, or non existent landing pages.
Why can’t I just send my adword clicks to my Home page?
You can. But what if you walked into a five-story department store with no sales people– You’re looking for a very specific sweatshirt with a Penn State Logo that you saw at a football game. You know the sports shop out in the mall will have it, but you’ve got a store credit card so you’d like to get it here. You’re also holding onto two toddlers who are losing their cuteness very quickly because they want the Happy Meals you promised on the way home.
So there you are in an endless sea of perfume counters. You want a sweatshirt. Maybe it’s in the men’s section…but where is that? Or maybe it’s in Active wear… would that be with the men’s stuff? And where are the escalators?!
“Forget it,” you think, and walk out to the sports shop in the mall, buy your sweatshirt and are on your way to Micky D’s in less than 10 minutes.
Your homepage is the department store. It doesn’t matter if you’re selling a product, service, or giving away free information. You have sections and categories which are probably very well marked and labeled.
However, your Google Ad or Sponsored listing was specific. It advertised a precise thing in about 70 characters or less. People don’t care about your home page. They expect to see what they were searching for as soon as they click. Don’t you?
So let’s say your ads lead to specific destination pages of your site. What’s on those pages?
Destination Page Overview
For Pay Per Click, your destination pages are absolutely critical. They are the second half of the sales pitch. Just having the adword or PPC land on the product page is not enough. First, you have to get someone to your site.
Remember the number of hits you get on a PPC or Google Adword is an ever-increasing expense if you don’t turn that click into a sale and the only sales person you have is the page at the end of that click.
You’ve got to convince someone quickly, “at a glance quickly,” why they should buy from you and not the ad above or below you. Think of your own web searches. You have seconds to entice that viewer to read more, or lose them.
Build the page around a SINGLE goal incorporating:
• Well written content describing in clear detail what you are offering
• Organization to make a fast read or “scan” of the page convey as much information to the viewer as possible. Use bullet points and straightforward language to make reading as easy as possible
• Show the benefits to the potential customer. Details that the viewer can relate to on a personal, even emotional level are what makes this page have a much better chance of getting a lead, conversion or sale. It must show all the properties that make you better than the rest. Don’t be arrogant, but make the reader feel they will be secure, better and confident if they buy, fill out a form, or perform the action you’re after.
• KISS- “Keep it simple, stupid” applies here too. If you don’t need a country and a phone number in your form, keep them off. Make it easy and simple for your viewer.
Remember, when you land on a page, you ask “WHAT’S IN IT FOR ME?”
Destination Page Construct
• The first step is to provide the viewer with what he’s looking for immediately. Next, show him the features of the product.
• Most importantly, what is the benefit to the potential customer? Why should he buy from you? What will he gain by buying from you?
• If you’re selling a product that is very similar to other competing products, you need to focus your sales message on what makes your product unique. What are the unique benefits for your customer?
• Anything that can steal focus from your objective risks losing a conversion. This includes other products, details not related to the main idea, and even the navigation system you use throughout your site. Don’t give the viewer the option to go anywhere else but to a form, buy button or call to action.
• Each destination page should have a single, obvious goal that gently tells the customer what to do. Don’t try to cross sell or sign up for a newsletter and send an e-card. Stick to one goal.
• Some people might be looking for the specific product and buy from you. But for those that are questioning and/or first time buyers, don’t give them a chance to question your credibility.
•The phone number and email address should appear (not obnoxiously)enough times that they’re always visible when the page is scrolled. It’s a proven fact, if someone has to search for how to contact you, you lose some potentials.
Destination Pages and the Unique Selling Proposition
A concept developed in 1961 still holds merit today and is a great check for the underlying tone of your landing page. That is the “Unique Selling Proposition” by Rosser Reeves. The concept explains how every company should strive to show how it differs and surpasses its competition.
It consists of three concepts that should be applied to your advertisement (or adword) and your destination page.
1. Tell the consumer what benefits you will be giving him. ? “Buy this product, and you will get this specific benefit.”
2. The benefits have to be unique to your product. Something that separates you from what the competition has to offer. If your products are sold by competitors too, find something that distinguishes YOUR company.
3. The proposition must be so strong and convincing that it can move the millions (attract new customers).
To be successful, you’ll need to research and build a campaign, then watch and modify, test and retest different changes, words, prices, etc. I want to stress the importance of this.
The same testing, observing, tracking and revising apply to landing pages as they do to ads and headlines themselves. It can save you a lot of money. If you’re not careful you can run up thousands of dollars in PPC and adwords with insignificant sales or leads.

Vacant land sold only to find out county drain easement runs through it. going to mediation any advice?
All terms of selling lot was meant and now buyer finds out of the easement and states she want her money back asked for mediation. The easement is register, nothing was discussed at closing as we did not know about this when we bought it or sold it. It was sold As Is after I looked at our title insurance we were given at purchase it list the easments on that and what page and liber to find it. We are going to mediation soon and would like to have your outlook on this situation.
You purchase the land i`m hoping with a title search. That was not disclosed to you? Then the same goes for the buyer. It is called due diligence. In other words if it was disclosed to you and you did not know about it then you could not have known. If it did not turn up during your escrows title search and not made aware of it go to your title insurance for the dispute.
It is only a county easement for a drainage? That means it can not be built on. You can now go back after the other seller for non disclosure.
