I was hired to make a website and all the CMS to use and recommended that I use is to press releases. WordPress CMS is always better to lie, but that requires you to make blogs. The site has hired me to a website providing information company. No new posts ... Only images and information. So basically I want a CMS that has: - Gallery / Photo album - SEO-friendly - lots of plugins and Themes - A CMS allows easy creation - a CMS that allows you to have a landing page in the middle column is welcome to this area of the site / information about it .... no no news is just text. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

A call to action is just what it sounds like, it is telling the surfer to do something, and that something is to follow your link. In that one short sentence, you singled out the one reason they are here, and you told them what they needed to do in order to fulfill their need. That is a landing page.
The other parts of a landing page are graphics, fonts, video, and sound. Depending on your budget, and maybe skillset, you can use any combination of these to enhance the performance of your landing page. The main purpose for using any of these is to catch the surfer’s attention. Some landing pages use sound and graphics to do this, but the most effective way is catchy graphics. If you can get your surfer’s attention, then you will likely get yourself a clickthrough, at the minimum. If you can’t design the graphics yourself, then you can get a graphic designer to do it for you at a very affordable price. Go to one of the freelance auction websites and post a project describing exactly what you are looking for. Graphic designers will bid on the project and you can choose who gets to do it. Make sure that whoever you choose has a portfolio of past work for you to look at.
