where can i find some free email capturing html code I can put on my blog/website?

Coca-Cola is the leading brand on Facebook with over 3.7 million fans. More and more brands are creating fan pages to capture the hundreds of millions of Facebook users across the world. Facebook can be a powerful tool to generate website referrals, engage existing and acquire new customers. It’s about creating meaning in your digital space that people want to be a part of. We’ll discuss how to brand your page, build relationships and engage and empower your fans on Facebook.
1. Brand Your Page When you arrive on the Coca-Cola Facebook page, it is clearly branded. The Landing Page is almost a mini-Coca-Cola site where fans can “celebrate” their love for the soft drink company and become a member of the Coca-cola community. This pseudo Facebook splash page introduces users to the brand in a way different that the typical landing page. From the start, Facebook users understand the Coca-Cola page not just to be another Facebook page, but a platform to discuss, interact and promote the brand.
2. Inform Your Network Send personal messages to those in your network that might be interested in your page. Blasting requests to join your page might not be the best approach–as it might alienate some of your network. Consider how you can make your page more than just a self-promotional tool. Maybe your Facebook page is where you raise money for a social cause… If so, it is a great introduction between your friends and your business–making the page less about you and more about your positive impact.
3. Be a Catalyst There are many tools to engage your audience on Facebook. Consider the hundreds of Facebook apps, from SlideShare to Mafia Wars. Select those apps that are both relevant to your business and your fans. Some businesses have even developed Facebook Apps. San Francisco’s mayor, Gavin Newsom offers an application that serves as a badge of support and a fundraising tool. Or, consider contests and voting. Target was able to engage their audiences by asking their fans to allocate their donation dollars.
4. Offer Rewards Why would someone want to return to your Facebook page? Consider how…

Facebook Landing Page App
Features Of Microsoft’s Windows Phone 7
What’s the hype and new in microsofts windows 7 phone. Lets dig into a sample windows 7 phone and find the real technology and latest updates in windows phone 7. How do microsoft consider apps in windows phone 7? What are hubs and what does hubs do in a windows phone 7? Where to download the latest apps, games and themes for windows phone 7? Find all in this beautiful website dedicated to windows phone 7.
Hubs are where things really get interesting, however. Microsoft described it to us as an “app that makes sense of your apps.” Instead of icon screens or just the applications themselves, Microsoft offers a weird kind of middle ground — sections of the phone where further action can be taken. When you jump into a hub, you land in a horizontal-scrolling interface, with a series of scrollable data streams and views in parallel that you can “pivot” to. Again, this should be very familiar to Zune users.
People hub: Pulls in contacts from Gmail, Exchange, Facebook, Twitter, Windows Live and others, aggregating contact information, status updates, and contact images into a single view (or views, really). The main view of this hub keeps your most recently or heavily contacted people in first view dynamically (though this can be customized as well), and allows you to quickly jump to feeds of your recent updates from social networks aggregated by Windows Live. There’s also a section here called “me” where you can view and edit your own statuses within your networks.
Pictures hub: An aggregate of your locally stored photos, cloud-based Facebook, Windows Live, or other connected picture galleries, and feeds of your contacts’ recently updated images. The pictures hub will also allow you to upload and comment on photos on services like Facebook natively inside of the hub experience.
Games hub: Integrates with Xbox LIVE, including the housing of a miniature version of your avatar (in 3D and everything), Xbox LIVE games and achievements, Spotlight feeds, and the ability to browse gamer profiles. Microsoft hasn’t shown any games yet, but has made mention of Facebook-style turn-based casual games being part of the equation. It’s our impression that these devices have the horsepower to push pretty decent gaming experiences, and the integration with Xbox and its ecosystem is being taken very seriously by the folks in Redmond. We hope the fruit of this union will focus on more than just users hoping to play Sudoku on their phone. This should be an easy one to not screw up.
Music + Video hub: It’s a Zune HD in your phone. Seriously. It’s exactly like the Zune HD experience. You’re able to utilize Zune Pass here too, including the ability to browse and download new music over WiFi and 3G. Video is a go too, and we assume that means rentals as well as purchases, but it’s still unclear how this will interact with your desktop, Xbox, or Media Center setup. Furthermore, Microsoft is working with partners like Pandora to integrate with the hub, utilizing the Zune player to tap into Pandora’s streaming service.
Marketplace hub: We’ve heard the least about this one so far, Microsoft is promising big things at MIX10, but we get the impression that when it comes to getting apps for these devices, the company is going to bring a much more Zune or Xbox like experience to the process. Based on the photos we’ve seen (which haven’t been officially issued by Microsoft), the Marketplace looks nothing like the app-purchasing scheme on current Windows Mobile devices — and that’s an incredibly good thing.
Office hub: Microsoft’s bread and butter, but so far we’ve just seen the hub itself — none of its deeper functionality like document editing. There’s an emphasis on OneNote and SharePoint Workspace that should be pretty interesting, however. Ultimately, based on the new UI paradigms and user experience directives of Windows Phone 7 Series, Microsoft is going to have to rebuild these applications from the ground up. As long as they’re able to make them super functional while keeping the Metro look intact, this should be a real win — we’re still curious as to how the company plans to cram all that information into a UI which is focused on doing away with visual noise. Hopefully MIX10 will shed some light on this as well.
And all the rest…
Email: Relies on the pivot to switch between message views (unread / flagged / etc.), and has a color-coded system for differentiating between work and personal messages. Hopefully there’s an option to un-mix multiple inboxes as well, but it’s unclear so far. Multiple message management is onboard here, thankfully, though there’s also a lot of negative space in the app, which is a bit of a concerning (if beautiful) trend throughout the UI. We don’t expect any deep integration with services like Gmail beyond the contact syncing… though if Microsoft could pull labeling, archiving, and threaded messages off here, we can think of at least one editor who would be seriously inclined to switch to this platform. Calendar: One of the odder apps visually, it almost looks like a DOS UI, with a white-on-black / primary color presentation. There are differentiations for specific types of data, such as red and blue notation for personal items and work. As we said earlier, this is weirdly one of the most striking applications on the phone, with lots of interesting functionality tied to its visual elements, like little lines in the day boxes which represent appointments when you’re zoomed out to a month view. SMS: It’s barebones so far, but supports SMS and MMS, and it appears that the keyboard can be rotated to landscape for text entry. Let’s hope that’s an option in most places where input is required. Phone: Even barer bones. Chromeless is in full effect here. Internet Explorer: This is a big one, and Microsoft claims to have something newer and more based on the desktop IE than the current Windows Mobile / Zune browser. Features include multitouch pinch-to-zoom, “tabbed” browsing, and a new text rendering engine that brings supports sub pixel positioning for text. It’s not as fast as we’d like just yet, but Microsoft has more than half a year to work out the kinks, and at least the page rendering is accurate. Bing search: Search has contextual use in most apps, but from the Start menu it pulls up a separate, dedicated Bing app. When you search, Bing will try to decide what sort of search you’re doing and present an appropriate set of results — local results instead of web pages if you’re looking for sushi, for instance. You can pivot between views, naturally, and the results are presented in the standard Windows Phone UI instead of just a mobile browser version of Bing. Bing Maps: Addresses throughout the phone are turned into hyperlinks that can pull up Bing maps (phone numbers and email addresses are also intelligently discovered by the OS and made linkable), which includes pinch to zoom navigation and an auto-switch from map to satellite view at a certain zoom level. Microsoft is really pushing geolocation here, though we assume users will be given an option on whether or not they want to be found.

I somehow landed on their page through a Google search, what is this site? They even had a version of Answers, but it wasn’t on the bottom of the homepage like the other versions.
Oh, but then why is it a 7?
Google announced that it will also include metrics based on the relevance and quality of landing pages (http://www.accuracast.com/services/ppc-management/landing-pages.php ) in the quality score, which affects ranking and CPC of sponsored links, will now also include. We discuss:
AdWords Quality Score basics
The Quality Score is a number used by Google to evaluate the quality of your keywords in order to determine your minimum bid and the position your ad is shown in for a given maximum bid value. The Quality Score was normally determined for each keyphrase you bid on, by the clickthrough rate for the keyword, relevance of the actual ad’s text, historical performance, and some other factors.
The Quality Score multiplied by the Maximum Bid gives you the value Google uses when deciding whether to set your keyword’s status as active or inactive, and to decide the position of active keywords.
Changes in calculation of AdWords quality score
With the new system for calculating Quality Score, Google will now also include the quality and relevance of the landing page and the site to the keyword.
This means Google will probably spider your entire site from your AdWords landing page(s) (http://www.accuracast.com/services/ppc-management/google-adwords/ ), evaluate it in a manner similar to how it evaluates sites on its organic listings, use techniques like Latent Semantic Indexing (LSI) to determine what the site is all about and then decide how relevant the site and the landing page are to the keyword.
Moreover, there is a high likelihood that Google will also use your conversion tracking values to provide an indication of whether or not their users are judging your site to be valuable and are converting into leads or sales on it, and include this as yet another metric when calculating the Quality Score.
How does this affect your search engine advertising?
On the face of it, this new metric does not change much for a scrupulous advertiser, who follows all of the Google AdWords ( http://www.accuracast.com/services/ppc-management/google-adwords/ ) editorial guidelines. The guidelines merely state that your landing page should be relevant to the ad copy and the keyword you bid on, it should include the main elements of the ad, should ideally provide details on any special offers quoted in the ad and should not attempt to mislead users.
If you follow the editorial guidelines and use AdWords scrupulously, the effect of this change should either be positive -marked by a lower CPC or better position – or none at all for your campaign.
Advertisers who chose to bid on low-price, high popularity keywords ( http://www.accuracast.com/resources/seo/seo-keywords.php ) just to gain visibility with the hope that a few inquisitive visitors might buy something from their site, will now find that they need to bid much more to keep these keywords active.
Keywords that don’t convert well into sales or leads might also be negatively effected. This again, can be good for you, since you don’t want to continue paying for words that are not winning you any money. This can be problematic, though, when your conversions tend to be offline, or over the phone for some keywords and not for others.

But strangley have just landed on the number 1 spot on yahoo!! Dose anyone no why im nowhere near on google?? Is it something to do with this “sandbox” thing and it being a young ish site?? because all the results for “composite doors” on both google and yahoo are pretty much the same!! can anyone help?? thanks Chris.
google sandbox!
my last site was 8 pages down google for a year and all of a sudden jumped to number 2.
the best thing to do is keep going with your SEO plan, build quality links and when google is ready you will shoot up the ranks.
just be carefull with your onpage optimization as google penalise you a lot more for keyword stuffing etc.
keyword density looks good, bit more link building
This method can be used to generate very targeted traffic to blogs and Landing Pages.
And the more targeted the traffic is and the better the landing pages are, the more leads it will generate of course.
Beeing in internet marketing for a few months and having landing pages, keywords research, blogs, paypal, aweber, adwords and all those things done is good but there is this special method that will bring you to the top…
You can use Facebook for generating traffic to your blogs and landing pages. On Facebook you can find very targeted traffic if you use the power of Fan Pages.
This doesn’t mean you should create one, but you can find very targeted people using Fan Pages, because think about it…
If you are interested in ‘dating advice’ for example, you will probably sooner or later find David DeAngelo (aka Eben Pagan) and if you like his material you will become a fan of his fan page, but not only that…
You will also find OTHER people that are interested IN THE SAME THING, because they also found him and became a fan of his fan page.
So, this means, any expert’s fan page is full of people that are INTERESTED (potentially buyers) in whatever that expert teaches.
If you were to sell ‘dating advice’ yourself, you should add people from other dating gurus’ fan pages, because I know they would only have become fans if they first were interested in dating advice (otherwise they would’nt have found these gurus in the first place!).
So, using this method, you will be targeting whatever niche you want and you can then have links on your Facebook account that takes them directly to either your landing pages or your blogs in that niche.
And if you don’t at least try this method, you will lose the opportunity to generate a lot of regular traffic to your blogs and landing pages.
And not only that, if your landing pages are great and the follow-up letters in Aweber are great and your Sales letters are great, you will be losing HUNDREDS or THOUSANDS of dollar, by not getting the FREE TRAFFIC you could be getting from using this simple, easy and fast method.
So, go ahead, read the step-by-step method below and try it today. You might face some questions or challenges applying it. But not to worry. This website traffic generating method will be explained in detail.
This is the Step-By-Step Guide To Find Targeted Traffic using Facebook
Step 1.
Create a new Facebook-account that will only be used for Internet Marketing (don’t create too many. Facebook will probably slap you or deactivate all your accounts if you do, so be careful!).
Ideally you have 2 facebook accounts. The first for your private social networking and the second for gaining targeted customers for your niche product.
Step 2.
Search for the ‘experts’ in the field you will be selling in.
Step 3.
Add them to your friendlist, become a fan of their fan pages.
Step 4.
Add all their friends from their Fan Pages and friends lists.
Don’t add hundreds of people per day because this might be suspicious to facebook.
Add like 20-30 people daily. This will just be fine and shouldn’t cause any problems at all.
While adding your message should have this structure:
“Hi, [name]!
I think we’re interested in the same thing: [their interest/your nisch]
I’m looking forward to get to know you…
I have a quick question:
What is your biggest challenges with [their interest/your nisch] right now as we speak?
I also have a blog that I update regularly:
[your website to your blog]
I’m looking forward to talk more with you, [name]…
/ [your name]“
Comment: Use [your name] or “Best Regards, [your name]” as your ending statement in your private message you send them when adding them to your friendlist).
Step 5.
Write about their challenges they face with [their interest] through inbox.
Step 6.
Fix “contact information” on your Facebook-account so they can see your websites and blogs and landing pages and they usually click on those.
Step 7.
Repeat adding 20 new very targeted people every day, update your blog regularly and update your Facebook-status with related information about [their interest], and keep writing with the people that have answered your private message you sent them when you added them.
(Comment 1: For example, in the dating world, you might update your Facebook-status with, “Never ask for a woman’s phone number, instead give her your cellphone and say, ‘give me your number’, because women love when men show leadership in conversations!”, and the people you have on your Facebook-account just love this kind of information because it is INTERESTING and MEANINGFUL for them. It is targeted information!).
(Comment 2: When you write to people through your inbox, help them with their challenges they have with [their interest] and this creates trust and relationships between them and you, and they usually use the “Like”-button more than others on your Facebook-status updates and they might also ask you when your new upcoming eBook is coming out, since you have started to hype that up before its launch!).
This is about it. Try to apply this method and you will reach more targeted customers and this will trigger the website traffic that you need to have success in the internet marketing business.
Whatever you are selling, you should know how to get those customers interested in your product and guide them to your landing- and sales website.
Take Action Now! As you know, speed of implementation is the key, if you want something to happen.
Traffic won’t fall down from the sky if you don’t apply this method here. Use it everyday because it creates new leads to your Aweber and visitors to your blog.
You will also see that they discuss your blog at certain dating advice-forums so it means you are getting more broader publicity and rest assured that you have alot to do with adding and connecting new targeted people at Facebook every single day!
So, get started with this method today, just follow the steps and you will be able to add up to 100 people from scratch that are very specifically targeted for your products and services.
Remember: Targeted Traffic is a key factor in internet marketing.
Make shure you have a strong product and high website traffic.
When the president of the United States of America gave a ‘Back to School’ speech this year, he warned the children to be careful when using Facebook, the world’s biggest social networking website.
Nearly one-third of the employers use Facebook to check out about you before hiring you. So if you are going to post pictures of your ‘other ’side on this public network it might cost you your dream job and a fat pay check. So think before you act.
However there are so many little things you can do to protect yourself at Facebook. Most non-tech savvy people don’t understand these features. So, they are explained in simple terms to you below:
i) Make Different Lists of Persons
Whenever you add someone to your Facebook Contacts List, categorize them as Work, Family or Friends. Even Friends can be categorized as Acquaintances, for those you are not very close with and friends, for those whom you share a close relationship with. This is very important as then you can fix who will view what and who will not have access to your personal stuff.
ii) Settings of Privacy
At the top right corner, you have a tab called ‘Settings‘. Click this and you will get the option ‘Privacy Settings’. When you click on that, you can set who can see what on your Facebook profile. For example, when you set ‘Only Friends’, only your friends can view it, ‘My Networks and Friends’ allows anyone in your network to view it.
iii) Address and Phone Number
When you click on ‘Privacy Settings, in the ‘Settings’ button, you will come across a tab called ‘Contact Information’. Click on it. You can allow/ block people whom you want/ don’t want to view this information.
iv) Search
Sometimes you just don’t want others to catch you on Facebook especially some old disgusting school friends and nosy parkers from office. For this, you can click on settings on the main Facebook homepage. Then click ‘Search’. You then land on a ‘Search Privacy’ page where you can set who can find you on Facebook. You can click on ‘Friends of Friends’, ‘My Networks and Friends’ or ‘Only Friends’ depending on the level of privacy you want to maintain. Also you can control what will show up when your profile shows up in search.
v) Don’t Share Personal Information with unknown applications
There are umpteen numbers of quizzes and games on Facebook that can access your personal information and also your friend’s personal information. You can put a stop to this. Take the mouse over to ‘Settings’ tab and choose ‘Privacy Settings’ and click it. Then click ‘Applications’ and click on the tab that says ‘Settings’. Then you can choose what your friends can view and cannot view about you. This only sets for your friend’s applications. For the applications you are using, this is not applicable. So, it would be best to remove those ones you are not using.
These five steps can surely create a much better and safer environment for you to network and chill-out on Facebook.

Landing Page Videos
Send Conversions Through the Roof with Help of a Video Landing Page
People generally concentrate on attracting traffic to their websites, but what majority of the website owners do not realise is that, just attracting visitors is not enough. It is important to be able to convert those leads into sales. What point is it if there are 1000 visitors but only 2 who actually purchase your product or service? It would be better if you only have 100 visitors to your site, out of which 10 actually buy the product. In order to be able to convert visitors to your site into actual customers, you need to create a video landing page wherein the visitors can see a small video clip describing the product and its benefits followed by calls to action such as “Have a free trial” or “Buy now”. To convert leads into sales is not as difficult as many of us assume. In fact, it is quite a cakewalk with the help of a video landing page, however, it is important to follow certain steps that have been listed below.
The video clip should be short and to the point. A 2-3 minute video clip is enough to hold the attention of the visitors. If the clip is long, visitors tend to just close it and move away. There can be multiple small video clips at small intervals rather than one big video clip.
All the important and relevant information should be covered in the video landing page so that the visitor gets a thorough idea of what he/she has to gain from the product.
A professional web designer should be hired to design the video landing page. Important benefits need to be highlighted by using big fonts and different colors.
While seeking visitor information, only simple and relevant questions should be put forward. Asking for the name and email address is good enough. Visitors do not like to fill in too many details that are personal. When the visitor actually goes in to buy the product, you can ask for more information.
The voice and accent of the video spokesperson should be clear and distinct so that the visitor has no problem in understanding what is being said. The spokesperson should look decent and presentable. He should talk in a personal manner as if he/she is directly conversing with you.
You must place many calls to action on the page so that the visitor can have access to it easily while going through the page.
Provide all contact information, terms and conditions to the visitor so that they can easily put forward questions to you, if any.
After the customer has bought the product, there should be a page that confirms the purchase and provides details of delivery. Also do not forget to thank the customer.
These are simple steps that can help you in converting leads into actual sales. You can create different video Landing Pages and post them on the Internet and see which yields better results and then stick to that one.

celebrity deaths of 2009…?
Is it just me, or this year have people been dropping like fish?
Not just celebrities, but all over the news. I open one news page on the internet and I have like michael jackson, farrah fawcett, some guy who fell and died while helping a motorcyclist- who lived btw, and planes landing in the ocean…. people killing other people just because.
Part of me wants to assume it’s good for the economy and that’s really depressing, but celebrities are spend, spend, spend.
Part of me thinks it’s Scientology community killing everyone of the celebrities that may have ignored the religion. But I watched a video on youtube that’s why.
Part of me thinks it’s the end of the world and people are just dropping like fish very very slowly.
I don’t remember this much death last year.
Actually there are always a lot of celebrity deaths, but often they are old TV or movie stars who aren’t well known anymore. They are mentioned and then people say “I did not know he/or she was still alive, I mean until today” When younger or better known stars, like Farrah and even more Michael Jackson die, there is of course huge coverage. Every year if you watch the Oscars or Emmys it is amazing when they do the tribute to stars who have died that year, how many there are and ones you either did not know died or forgot they died.
As for the Scientologists, I doubt it. I don’t care a whole lot for their philosophy, but seriously doubt they are killing anybody.
It is also not the end of the world. With the media like it is a death like Jackson’s is on 24/7, over and over. I heard in compared to Elvis’ 1977 death, there were 3 networks and no internet, but the coverage was on for days, everything was about him. Now there are hundreds of channels, things like TMZ, etc. We are saturated with celebrity news. We will probably go a while and there will be fewer deaths for a while, then there will be a bunch more.
Remember, many of these stars are “baby boomers’, the largest generation in history, there are bound to be a lot of deaths. And some people who have died recently are from the earlier generation, which is not surprising. People born after the Baby Boom, from about 1965 or so, when they die, it is more surprising, but not always if they were using drugs and things like that.
Landing Page Optimization is the newest and most talked about strategies of internet marketing. It’s the first step of the so-called “post click marketing”. The design of your landing page can make or break your website’s conversion rate. An effective design helps the marketers to improve their sales and traffic and on the other hand a poor landing page concept can slow you sales. For business.
“Squeeze Page(s)” are a single web page with the sole purpose of capturing information for follow-up marketing; that means NO exit hyperlinks. Quality Squeeze Pages use success stories that the prospect would relate to when making a buying decision. They also use things like color psychology, catchy sales copy and keyword rich text placed with SEO (search engine optimization) in mind. Some advanced marketers even use audio and video on their squeeze page. – source, Wikipedia
To design a landing page, some tips can assure you better leads and higher return on investment (ROI). Some tips::
Powerful Homepage Message
The message on your homepage should be specific and audience targeted. It should predetermine your services or addresses specific products for the potential customer. The content on the page must be precise and concise to attract the visitor’s attention.
Focus on Clarity
Nowadays, people are searching on the internet for custom website design or products and services. So, it is important that your homepage must clearly identify your products, competitive benefits, supportive message and have an user friendly interface. Animation, video, interactive widgets, and graphics must be used in the page to illustrate the services and products. Importantly, homepage should not be stuffed.
Flash and Interactive 3.0 Technologies improve customer experience
Flash animation, content, images, banners, slide bars, tabs, etc. are considered as important parts of a homepage. To illustrate company’s competitive benefits, these attractive tools are very helpful for instance, some people are visually oriented. For them, interactive features convey and emphasize the message. This is the essence of “Interactive Web 2.0/3.0″. This feature allows the site to use minimum space to get across important content. However, the closest to pure html programming will assure that more people can interact with your website. A rich Javascript website may interrupt interaction with as mucgh as 10% of the audience.
Homepage should be easy to navigate
The website must be backed with easy-to-navigate options and buttons. A service-based website must make sure that buttons on navigation communicates the next page content clearly; always meet your visitors’expectation As per Forrester’s “Web Site Review Scorecard” navigation should assure categories and sub categories must be mutually exclusive. The main categories can easily expose subcategories. If you sell more than one service for instance, then you should enable a pull-down menu with showing options for customers.
Stay focused: Importantly, don’t make the mistake of offering too many products or services on a single landing page. It is necessary that landing page should stay focused on a single product or message.
For a successful landing page design, basic components are required such as extensive research, attractive design, powerful message and focus on clarity.
Seach engine optimisation (SEO) is the art of improving a website’s search engine ranking. I say art because it is not an exact science. Afterall search engine optimisation practioner’s can only research and experiment to find out what works best in SEO. Content is king in SEO. A inbound link building strategy is also vitally important in achieving stable results.
The landing page is the page on a website that a searcher arrives at when they clickthrough. There is certain criteria that a webpage must adhere to in order to engage the searcher. These include rapid loading times and contemporary design. The biggest mistake that ameteur SEO companies make is to optimise the website for search engines but neglect the landing pages. The most important aspect of a landing page is a call to action.
Think about what your ideal result should be from a website visit and make every attempt to facilitate this. If the website is for information then give reason for the visitor to return. Are you publishing new content tomorrow, the day after or next week? Inform them. Maybe you want the visitor to phone you? If so, have your phone number in clear view.
Do you produce a newsletter? Place your opt in where visitors are likely to see it. Website visitors scan content rather than taking time to read it. If they find nothing or interest then they leave. You must engage the user and provide clear navigation.
Optimising a website for search engine is of little use if the landing pages do not engage the visitor. If the website is optimised for targeted keyphrases then you are likely to get clickthroughs but if your landing pages are poor then visitors are likely to click off your site which, in turn, has an adverse affect on SEO because duration on site and number of pages viewed also has a bearing on search engine rankings.
So whether you have time to learn search engine optimisation yourself or you hire an SEO expert you should make sure that your landing pages engage the visitor and have a call to action or opt in. If you are hiring an SEO company and you know that your landing page is not up to scratch then see if they advise you to change it. If they don’t then walk away and choose another SEO company.
What is lost if miles is substituted for lands or cheap for frugal?
There is no Frigate like a book
to take us lands away
Nor any Courses like a page
of prancing poetry
this traverse may the poorest take
Without oppress of Toll–
How frugal is the Chariot
That bears the Human soul
Miles for lands: much less of a psychological and probably physical distance is implied
cheap for frugal: messes up the rhythm and has something of a negative connotation that frugal doesn’t
How To Get Affiliate Links To Work When Advertising on Facebook
Use my IFrame strategy to not only separate yourself from the competition but use your direct affiliate link when advertisig on Facebook. The quicker you add this IFrame technique the sooner you will see an immediate increase in your visitors purchasing or opting-in.
As soon as I applied IFrames to my website I could see a dramatic increase the conversions for opt-ins and sales!
For any of you who are familiar with IFrames, this isn’t anything crazy BUT I can almost guarantee you’ve never seen IFrames used this way before. Take a minute and learn what 99% of people who are advertising on Facebook don’t know.
So what’s an IFrame and why should I use one?
Here’s my best attempt to go over this IFrame technique, since I’m an advertiser not a coder.
Definition: An IFrame (Inline Frame) is an HTML element that allows you to embedded (insert) content from another website inside your webpage’s.
Quick Example: When you see Google Maps within a website you are actually looking at an IFrame.
So all of this sounds great but how do you use an IFrame and how can it create higher conversions in turn making more money? Here are a few reasons of why not only does it boost conversions but allows you use a loophole in paid advertising on FaceBook.
Benefits: 1. No re-directing, the website loads within your webpage 2. Takes away the need to buy a domain name to mask your affiliate url 3. No nasty affiliate url 4. There are no “Pop-Ups” to be blocked 5. No additional steps, they land where you want them 6. No need for banner ads since the website will be what’s shown with full functionality to opt-in or purchase!
FaceBook Loophole Strategy: If you have ever done advertising on FaceBook you will know they don’t allow direct links to an affiliate website from your ad. Well, this is a loop hole that gets you around that!
1. Choose the page you will add your IFrame code to 2. Take that deep link from your webpage and use that as your destination url for your advertisement. 3. Submit that to Facebook. 4. As soon as the ad is approved, enter the IFrame code with your affiliate link into your webpage 5. (optional) Customize IFrame code to your liking.
The best thing about this technique is that there is no additional action your visitor needs to accomplish to see the affiliate product your advertising. Again the best thing is there is no affiliate link shown, it looks good and converts even better!

Facebook Landing Pages Examples
The Online Business Opportunity Needs Facebook For Brand Building
Why this study can be very important for your online business opportunity? It compared the traffic from social sites like Twitter, Digg, Facebook, Google, Yahoo and Bing. The main interest group were the loyal readers, i.e. people, who went back to the site four or more times.
As you know, the communication effectiveness comes partly from the repetition. Actually the order of the social sites according to the factor, how they can bring loyal visitors was: Facebook, Digg, Yahoo, Google, Bing and Twitter.
Of course many things matter in this study, especially the content. This result is quite surprising, because the writer of this article gets mots of the social media traffic from Digg, Google and StumpleUpon.
But as said above, it matters what we publish about our online business opportunity. When an online business opportunity entrepreneur follows his Facebook pages, he will see new posts made from Facebook pages he is subscribed to. So the Facebook page can bring lots of traffic, but it is a must to make that page known among writers and readers.
One trick is to install a button on your site, which is a link to Facebook page. For an online business opportunity owner Facebook offers another great service, a share button. This enables the visitor to share your content to others.
The analytics service can give you stats, how this works and how your content will do in the Facebook community. This is important thinking the brand building ability.
For an online business opportunity marketer the traffic is of course important, but the more important thing is how the Facebook contents can build a brand loyalty and the positive recognition of the brand, which has a great effect to the conversion power of the Landing Page.
The brands, whic took part of one study had clear objectives about what they waited for from the Facebook campaigns. Number one was to create brand awareness from the big fan base, number two was to incentivize the readers to engage the brand regularly and number three was to convert the new customers and to increase the sales.
Do you use these for your online business opportunity? It is easy to follow how Facebook users are reacting. How many new page views your online business opportunity page gets, how many of these page viewers come back and how many times they do that.
If you think to use Facebook more effectively for your own online business opportunity, you can find good examples from the Facebook.
However, it seems that the most successful campaigns can activate the readers and visitors step by step by offering new benefits to them and by creating new interesting small things to participate.
You can do the same, here the imagination sets the limits. These studies show us, that Facebook page must urge the reader to act. Only actions bring the interest and lift the page above others. The brand loyalty also requires activity and creative campaigns, which build the repetition to the brand.
This increases the awareness and people will remember your online business opportunity for years.

I wrote this in a hurry if you do just do not understand tell meeee! For example:% C4% 87a-provala-u-istoriji-CS16/134092433322101 https://www.facebook.com/pages/Najve sk = first wall? I have to write a 1 page essay about how it is better to have only a war in the sea and not on land. This is due tomorrow so please answer fast.
I can’t use examples from past wars to support my points. So far, I only have that having a war limited to only the sea would lower death rates of innocent citizens, and it would be cheaper for our country because after the war, we wouldn’t have to spend money on repairing our resources and land that was destroyed in the war.
Please help! I don’t know how to make this longer. Easy 10 points to whoever gives the most detailed, yet easy to understand answer.
Thanks in advance.
I can think of more reasons against a war fought only on water than for it.
Cost for one. The cost of replacing ships that were sunk would be astronomical. For example, a Ford Class aircraft carrier costs $9 billion to build. A Nimitz Class carrier costs $6.2 billion. An amphibious ship like the USS New York costs over $1 billion. Two or three well placed torpedoes or a couple of guided bombs or cruise missiles could cost the Navy billions upon billions of dollars at a time.
Secondly, the loss of life would yield staggering numbers. Assuming just one aircraft carrier was sunk in open waters, up to 5,500 (crew size of a nuclear carrier) could lose their lives in a matter of minutes. That is equivalent to roughly 6 entire battalions of infantry soldiers or Marines. That is more troops dying in one single battle than in the last 7 years of fighting in Iraq (4,691 so far).
Lastly, naval warfare itself has changed. In the early days, ships would align themselves broadside to one another and exchange cannon fire. Boarding parties would then climb aboard the enemy’s ship and fight hand to hand/sword to sword with rifle fire support by Marines up high in the ship’s riggings. Time moved on, guns got bigger, ships got sturdier, and engagement distances grew. Naval warfare has evolved to serve a more modern role in support of various combat missions. For example, the last US Navy battleship was built in 1944 (the USS Missouri) and was the last to be decommissioned in 1992. The Navy still has destroyers, but in smaller numbers and they are not really equipped [for the most part] for surface warfare and direct engagement of other ships. The majority have been either purpose-built or retrofitted to deliver long range cruise missiles in support of combat on land or anti-aircraft precision fire. Sustained ship to ship combat would be clumsy and costly.
The military as a whole has evolved to work in unison with cohesion and cooperative specialized roles. The Marine Corps cannot get around without the Navy. The Air Force cannot land it’s planes without the Army and Marines. The Navy and Marines cannot land their planes without the Air Force. And so on and so forth.
To try and fight a war with only one branch of the military, in only one setting, would be impossible at best. The logistics of it in this day and age would be nigh impossible. A metaphor would be to cut off the hands of a gladiator and arm him with a spear.
Just my 2 cents. Looking forward to hearing other view points. Good luck on the paper.
btw, your teacher that assigned this isn’t a veteran is [s]he?
Good Landing Page Examples
I am looking for a good Word Press plug in?
I have searched in the plugin directory and google, thus it has landed me here to ask someone . Does anyone know of a plugin that will allow the admin to change text within a page to another font. For example, the css only allows Arial, admin wants a word to be in Times Roman, I need something that will allow this easily in the admin area. Add on can be paid or free, let me know. Thanks in advance.
I know you can do it in standard HTML mode, but when the customer is pretty much illiterate to HTML this method wouldn’t work. I need something more user friendly.
Upon examining the link you gave I believe Advanced TinyMCE will work for my needs for my customers. Thank you.
Switch to HTML view in the editor. Wrap the word you want changed with:
This will be in TNR
Note that if you use this method, you must remain in HTML editing mode.
Online Network Marketing Lead Generation Tip #1 – Have a Compelling Capture Page
The core of your online marketing program and key to building up your email list are your Capture Pages. Make a good first impression. Since online network marketing lead generation is at its heart a about numbers, you must maximize your website traffic and the conversion of traffic into email list subscriptions. The key to this is having a compelling capture page.
The best capture pages that produce the most online network marketing leads are the ones that offer a preview, sneak peak or trial version of the product or service offered. Very few people will convert without some type of free offer or reason for entering their information. Your free offer, web seminar, e-book or trial version of a paid software is the incentive that will make the visitor willing to give up their personal information. They’re basically giving you permission to market to them further in exchange for letting them access to more comprehensive information.
The lead generation pages are set up like a very short sales message promoting your product or service’s unique value propositions. The content should state very concisely and succinctly what the benefits are to the customer and must be easy to digest. You make sure you create the message with the audience in mind. The core message should match the keywords and messages you placed in your ads, email marketing and other promotional materials. Maintaining consistency will avoid lost conversions due to confusion or mixed messaging. Tying Landing Page text to keywords will also help you in the long run with position in Google and other search engines.
If the message is compelling and well-composed, speaks to the target market, and establishes the unique value propositions for your product or service, you will have a captive audience and your email lists will grow. All things working together at 110% will produce results.
Seem complicated? You’ll also want to watch your results carefully on a monthly basis and adjust headlines, value propositions and body copy to determine the effect on your conversions. It’s a lot of trial and error and over time you will see what works for you. Also, you’ll have to purchase and manage your domain names, set up with a good web hosting company and be able to create HTML, or pay a web designer to do it.
Here’s some free advice that will help you generate online network marketing leads from capture pages on day 1, day 2 and day 3, rather than month 3, month 4 and month 5. The best have banded together to offer comprehensive sales and marketing systems for network marketers. If you’re new to online network marketing, then a package like MLM Lead System Pro can have you up and running in no time.

Capture Pages From Google Books
Postgrad SEO – Using Web 2.0 Instead of Article Marketing to Promote your Book
Just too good an idea to pass up.
Health keeps coming up as some outrageously searched-for keyword. Helps that ‘Boomers are getting older (and Europe/Japan have worse problems than ours) and so they are all interested in extending their health and lives.
Search Google Trends for “health, life, nutrition, diet, fitness”. See what I mean? The things that would save their health and improve their lives (good food and exercise) are lower ranked than the goals themselves – which makes sense once you think about it. (But if you want to check for a sheep mentality, look up “life insurance” or “health insurance” – which are completely solutions for the after-the-fact-problem of losing your health or losing your life.) Health and Life are re-active scenes – the people who are proactive are more the minority.
But – searching various keyword programs for “life health” gives low response. Few people search for this combination.
So you wouldn’t use that combination as anything on your pages or link text. (I can think of some catchy book titles with these two, however…)
However, your mini-web could use various versions of these above in the page titles in order to capture those niche Google-search positions…
And I have a ton of PLR articles which are useless for article marketing, but prime for ebooks.
Of course, this is all old-hat stuff.
Enter Web 2.0
The test is if videos can replace articles. Now, I don’t have a great deal of video sites like YouTube. Frankly, like my tests in article marketing, it doesn’t much pay to submit to very many to get the key effects you want, which is people finding and buying your book.
Now, the recent research (and it worked for me, too) is that videos and social bookmarking, as well as blogging, get to the top of Google faster.
With TTS, and these short PLR articles, I could conceivably produce a video a day, based on the content of that ebook. You’d then become some sort of expert on health-related stuff. Sort of. Just like article marketing – on steroids.
Sequence is to create the ebook first – post to Lulu. (My clickbank is bugged, this would be preferable, since you could sell the book via affiliates and increase your sales.)
Take the text articles, add audio headers and footers – create the TTS audio (save in own directory).
Build your master mini-web, using your main keyword phrase you selected. This promotes the book. FTP that up and getting running.
Take time here and set up your Opt-in Page for that subject. Plug in some articles to your autoresponder sequence.
For each MP3 audio, make a video using clipart and stock photos. (Camtasia…)
Post the videos on YouTube and the MP3’s on Internet Archives.
As you post each video, create a new mini-web which links to the first one (and gives it all the pagerank). Each media file links to your Lulu product, but has individual keyword niches (where most of your geek time will be spent, other than making the videos.) Each mini-web also invites people to opt-in for more information on the subject.
Social bookmark each video and MP3 and mini-web index page as you post them.
Blog each video and link to the MP3 and mini-web. Social bookmark that blog-entry.
What you are doing is creating a buzz for each of these inter-related keyword niches. You rise to the top in each of these niches – which in turn give their pagerank over to your main mini-web, which promotes the book (as do all the sub-webs on your mini-net).
And all that should add up to a nice set of Google Page Rank which plops viewers to your main mini-net page and sells books. Plus it should give you a number of subscribers to your list, where you can interest them in other related products.
Just to add frosting to the cake, sign up with some affiliate programs which pay you per lead for insurance policies. Put these links prominently on your site and rake in some extra income.
It’s simply a test of video’s and article marketing
This is a test just to see if you can get faster response than the months it takes to get some volume out of article marketing. Certainly you wind up at the top of Google faster – but does it translate to sales? Sure, there are lots of factors present. And TTS is a cheesy way (perhaps) of making soundtracks for videos.
But it would be an interesting concept-test. Definately worth a test drive…

Why does Google say my IP address belongs to someone else in the Google Directory?
Use Attractive Landing Page to Make Your Business Grow
A Landing page can be described as a simple web page where viewers are directed when they click a particular search result or online ads Landing Pages play a vital role in the internet marketing campaign as it is the preferred page where business owner want his potential customers to be directed, once they click on the link. If you are interested in increasing your revenues and to create an impression on your visitors then the landing page should be different from your service pages. Usually business owners tend to direct their customers to the home page but without an attractive landing page it is difficult to increase your prospective client base.
Creating an attractive and relevant landing page is the first step to increase your online sales. Web designers should keep in mind that it is important to retain the customers and the efforts should be on optimizing the landing page, providing newsletters and other useful software gadgets that visitors might find interesting. A smashing heading and some attractive information can make a great landing page that will help you to convert your potential customers to buyers. A business that generates lots of traffic but very few lead or sign ups is really very frustrating and business owners should give it a thought and concentrate on developing a landing page that can impress the viewers and make them stick to the website.
Few Points to be Considered While Designing a Landing Page
Display relevant information to your visitors: Users always look for specific things on the net and the best solution to attract them is to provide relevant and attractive information that is useful to them. Compelling content that provides solutions to the problems help to retain the visitors.
Always focus above the Fold: Display enough content above the fold so that the visitors can take a decision about sticking to the website. If the user has to scroll to find out the offers then most probably he will decide to click the back button.
Provide multiple response options: Designing a landing page that generates a lead should be your chief aim and to allow the visitors to respond, highlight your contact information or customer service options.
Make the page readable: Display the most vital information about your site close to the middle and do not try to distract them by any other graphics or images. Choose a font and color that is readable with a suitable background.
Design simple forms: If you want to gather information from your visitors then you can ask them to fill up certain forms. The forms should be kept simple so that the visitors do not have to think too much before providing the information. User friendly forms with fewer fields are easily filled up by the visitors.
Define your conversion: The landing page should be designed in such a manner so that the conversion process is well stated. If you have a newsletter on the landing page then there should be an option to enter an email address and an accept button.
