How can I capture a song played with Quicktime on a website?
I’ve done it before but completely forgot. After clicking a link there’s some music playing on an otherwise blank page with just the Quicktime bar used to play the song. Quicktime logo flashes quickly before it starts playing. I’m using Firefox.
Thanks!
Hi,
That choice is faded. It’s also a song, not a movie. Thanks, though!

In most Quicktime bars there is a black arrow pointing downward, bottom right. Click and hold it, and select “Save As Quicktime Movie…”. A window will pop up asking you to name the movie. Name the movie, and save it.
Now, in some movies the “Save As Quicktime Movie…” is faded, and you can’t click it. Sorry, but it doesn’t want you to save the movie. I’m not sure of any other way, but there probably is another way.
On some movies there may not even BE a black arrow pointing down in the bottom right corner of the movie box. Thus, I don’t know how you can save it if you come across one of those.
Enjoy! Good luck! (I hope this is what you mean!)
